The Germany Healthcare Program is a first-of-its-kind immigration solution for foreign medical professionals seeking high paying jobs in the country. It is a unique program that offers a gateway to the high life of Germany with numerous benefits, such as a confirmed job placement, eligibility to apply for permanent residency, family settlement options and career growth in one of the world’s strongest economies.
The eligibility criteria to apply for the Germany Healthcare Program are as follows:
- Qualifications: Relevant qualification in healthcare, like GNM, M. Sc./B. Sc. Nursing, M. Sc./B. Sc. Anesthesia, M. Sc./B. Sc. Pharma, MD, MBBS
- Language Proficiency: German proficiency at B2 level from an accepted institution (e.g., ALTE,Telc, Goethe-Institut)
- Age: Preferably under 35 years of age as per visa norms
- Experience: Freshers are eligible to apply. Prior experience in healthcare is an advantage.
To apply for the Germany Healthcare Program, applicants need to provide the following set of documents:
- Completed application form for recognition of medical qualifications.
- A valid copy of your passport.
- Certified copy of Medical Degree/Diploma (translated into German/English).
- Official academic records/Transcripts (translated in German).
- Employment certificates as a proof of Professional Experience (if applicable, translated in German).
- German (B2 Level) language certificate to prove language proficiency.
- Updated CV detailing your education and experience in German.
- Recent passport-size photo for identification.
- Medical license or registration from your home country.
- Translated police clearance certificate (PCC) showing no criminal record.
- General health check-up report/Medical Certificate (if required).
- Marriage Certificate, if name has been changed due to marriage.
- Proof of payment for the application fee payment.
Note: Our team will assist you in assimilating the application checklist to completion.
If you are a qualified medical professional with a valid registration and licence (if applicable), you can enroll in this program through our 1:1 selection round with our counsellors and the tuition fee payment . EMI options are available based on your eligibility, which will be informed in detail by your counsellor.
Post obtaining the B2 German proficiency certificate, it will take a maximum of 6 months to obtain the offer letter and work permit. Following this, candidates can immediately arrive in Germany and start working.

No, proof of funds is not required for applying to the Germany Health Program.
Through this program, candidates will be getting a work permit, which is valid for 2 years. Post that, they can apply for EU Blue Card, which is meant to provide permanent residency that allows highly skilled non-EU citizens to work and live in the European Union.
The fee amount for the Germany Healthcare Program is 250,000 /- + GST.
In case the candidate is not employed and deployed in Germany within 6 months after successfully completing the B2 certification in the German language, 100% of the fees will be refunded to the candidates.
After landing in Germany, CollegeDekho team and the prospective employer collaborate to offer services such as airport transfer, assistance with accommodation (some employers will provide accommodation as part of the benefit), assistance procuring gov IDs, setting up bank account Sim Card, and other aspects important for a seamless transition.
