Prince Edward Island PNP has conducted the largest draw of this year on November 20, inviting 190 candidates to provincial nomination, with priority given to candidates with French proficiency and international graduates.
Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) has conducted its largest immigration draw of 2025, inviting 190 candidates to apply for provincial nomination.
For this draw, candidates working in the province were prioritised for invitations, with additional consideration given to candidates with French proficiency and to international graduates
November 20 PEI PNP Draw Results
Prince Edward Island PNP issued 190 invitations through its Labour and Express Entry categories in the largest immigration draw that the province has held so far this year.
Candidates working in priority occupations and with French proficiency were invited to apply based on their potential economic impact on the province. In particular, candidates working for PEI employers and international graduates from the following Designated Learning Institutions. (DLI) were prioritised for invitation:
- The University of Prince Edward Island
- Holland College
- College de Lille
Throughout 2025, Prince Edward Island PNP has issued invitations for provincial nominations exclusively through its Labour and Express Entry categories, issuing invitations primarily to those who are currently working in the province or international graduates.

The Last Scheduled PEI PNP Draw for 2025 to be Held On December 18
PEI PNP is unique among all immigration programs in Canada, as the province provides a schedule of anticipated ITA issuance throughout the year. The November 20 draw marks the second-last draw that PEI has scheduled this year, with the very last set for December 18, 2025.
It is important to note that the province has also held one extra draw outside the scope of its schedule on October 27, while, it is possible that the province may hold yet another unplanned draw before the end of the year.
