Canada Invites 345 PNP Candidates in Latest Express Entry Draw

On October 14, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued additional invitations through the Express Entry System. This draw is focused on candidates nominated by Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), with 345 invitations to apply (ITAs) issued to applicants who met a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 778, and who had submitted their Express Entry profile before July 17, 2025.

To be eligible for this draw, candidates needed to have:

A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 778; and
Created an Express Entry candidate profile before 7:58 p.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on July 17, 2025.

Overview of Recent Express Entry Draws

This October’s and September end's activities include:

October 6: 4,500 ITAs for French-language proficiency with a 432 CRS cutoff.
October 1: 1,000 ITAs for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) with a 534 CRS cutoff.
September 29: 291 PNP ITAs at a very high cutoff score of 855.
