Germany Visa Processing Time Reduced to 2 Weeks for Skilled Indians

As per the recent immigration update from Germany, the country has issued 80,000 employment visas in the first 6 months of 2024. Now there has been an another significant update that Germany has reduced its visa processing times specifically for Indian Skilled professionals.
Germany reduced its long term processing times which were previously at 9 months to just 2 weeks.
According to the recent report from Schengen News, this drastic change is a step taken to address the shortage of skilled workers in Germany, which prompted the nation to fast-track visa applications specifically for Indian nationals
