Manitoba Issues 3,347 Invitations in 253rd PNP Draw

On September 4, 2025, Manitoba’s Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held 253 draw issuing 3,347 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to skilled workers and graduates. All these invitations ere distributed across three streams, including the Skilled Worker Stream, Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway, and International Education Stream.
- Skilled Worker Stream: 15 LAAs issued, with a cut-off score of 844
- Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream: 1,466 LAAs issued
- International Education Stream: 1,866 LAAs issued
Among all these invitations, 415 candidates held valid Express Entry profile numbers and job seeker validation codes.
Strategic Recruitment Initiatives Under MPNP
The strategic recruitment initiatives are employer or community-led processes that allow Manitoba to identify and invite candidates with critical skills that are in short supply in Province.
These initiatives support local employers in filling persistent labour gaps while offering foreign nationals a route to permanent residence.

Candidates are called for this draw under both the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas streams, based on their inclusion in a strategic recruitment initiative conducted by the MPNP:

Reasons Why Some Candidates May Not Receive Invitations
Some candidates, even after meeting the cut-off scores, might not receive invitations due to issues such as missing or expired language test results or invalid recruitment initiative invitation numbers.
