Exciting Update: Latest Express Entry Draw Grants 730 Permanent Residency Invitations!

The Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted its third Express Entry draw of 2024, extending 730 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residency on January 31st.
In today's Canada express entry draw, Express Entry Canada profiles with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 541 or above were invited to apply for permanent residency in Canada.
The CRS score Canada experienced a slight decrease of 2 points compared to the preceding general draw held on January 23. The trend of diminishing invitation numbers has been consistent since the onset of the 2024 Express Entry draws, thereby maintaining a relatively high cutoff CRS score in Canada.
In the previous draw on January 23, 2024, the IRCC issued 1,040 invitations in a general round, encompassing all profiles with a CRS score of 543 or higher. Notably, the first general Express Entry draw of 2024, conducted on January 10, allocated 1,510 invitations to apply, setting the CRS score cutoff at 546.
