IRCC Conducts 3rd Largest Express Entry Draw of 2025, Issuing 6,000 ITAs to French-speaking Candidates

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted the third-largest Express Entry draw of 2025, sharing 6,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates with French language proficiency.
To qualify for this Francophone Express Entry draw, candidates needed to have
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 416
- Their Express Entry profile must have been created before 3:27 pm (UTC) on September 8, 2025

The October 29, 2025, draw marks the third back-to-back draws held in October, along with being the 3rd largest draw of the year 2025. The first and second largest were also French language proficiency draws conducted on February 19 and March 21, 2025, respectively.
This draw is the 9th draw held by IRCC in October 2025, which followed a Canadian Experience Class draw on October 28 and a Provincial Nominee Program draw held on October 27.
