On December 15, 2025, IRCC issued 399 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Express Entry draw, targeting candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 731.
On December 15, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted its latest Express Entry draw round. This draw has issued 399 invitations to apply for permanent residency with a provincial nomination.
Here are the key details from the draw:
- Number of Invitations Issued: 399 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residency.
- Program: Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
- Minimum CRS Score: 731.
- Tie-breaking Rule: October 18, 2025, at 7:18:52 UTC.
Since a provincial nomination grants candidates an additional 600 points toward their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, the lowest-ranked candidate invited had a core CRS score of 131 before the nomination.
This round is majorly based on candidates with a provincial nomination with a similar Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off as in last week’s draw, the Monday draw.
Candidates without a nomination should actively explore provincial nominee streams linked to Express Entry.
For those who have already secured a provincial nomination, this recent draw works as a confirmation that maintaining an active and accurate Express Entry profile remains important, given that all invitations are still subject to the official tie-breaking rules.
