Great news for those aspiring to work and explore Canada as the International Experience Class (IEC) 2025 season has officially been inaugurated on December 16, 2024.
The program’s candidate pool is now open, giving eligible candidates the opportunity to create their profiles and prepare for the first round of invitations, scheduled for the week of January 13, 2025.

How to Prepare for IEC 2025?
The process for preparation and participating in the International Experience Canada (IEC) 2025 program, include the following steps:
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility: Determine if you meet the requirements for one of the 3 IEC Canada programs.
Step 2: Create Your IEC Profile: Sign in to your IRCC account and create a new profile. Irrespective to the fact that you have applied previously for IEC seasons, you would need to create a fresh profile for 2025.
Step 3: Submit Your Profile: Once your profile is complete, submit it to the appropriate IEC pool.
Step 4: Prepare for Work Permit Application: Once you have received an Invitation to Apply, you must respond quickly. Suggestively accept or decline the invitation within 10 days. If accepted you will have 20 days to complete and submit your work permit application.
