On July 10, 2025, the Newfoundland and Labrador Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism (OIM) issued 359 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in its latest immigration draw, targeting skilled foreign workers through the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).

Eligibility Requirements to Qualify for NLPNP-AIP Immigration Draw
To qualify, candidates needed:
- A valid job or job offer in Newfoundland and Labrador.
- An employer invitation code (if applicable).
Exemption: Foreign workers with valid Canadian work permits do not need an employer code for the NLPNP.
Mandatory for:
- Candidates requiring job vacancy assessments.
- All AIP applicants.
Note: The requirements remain consistent with previous draws, including the July 2025 Newfoundland immigration round that also prioritised candidates with local job offers.
