On December 10, 2025, OINP issued 1,133 ITAs in 5 targeted draws for Foreign Worker, International Student & In-Demand Skills streams. Prioritising candidates in Canada with active Ontario EOI profiles.
After a two-month hiatus from the last draw on October 9th, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted five draws focusing on Expression of Interest (EOI) in December 2025. This draw has issued a total of 1,133 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination.
These invitations were extended to candidates across three specific streams in the OINP’s job offer category: Foreign Worker Stream, International Student Stream, and In-Demand Skills Stream.
All five draws focused exclusively on individuals who are currently residing in Canada and have a profile registered within Ontario's EOI system.
The draw has targeted only two main groups:
- Priority Occupations: Candidates in health care professions and early childhood educators and assistants.
