IRCC Conducts 2nd CEC Draw of November 2025, Inviting 1,000 Candidates to PR

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted the 2nd Express Entry draw of November 2025, sharing 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates under Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
To qualify for this CEC Express Entry draw, candidates needed to have
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 533
- Their Express Entry profile must have been created before 3:39 am (UTC) on October 17, 2025
