The IRCC held its eleventh Express Entry draw on April 26, 2023. 3,500 candidates are invited from all the application streams, including the Federal Skilled Workers, Federal Skilled Trades, and Canadian Experience Class application streams.
This draw took place after the last all-program Express Entry draw on April 12, 2023. In this draw, a similar number of candidates were invited by the IRCC. These two draws have invited half of the invitations sent by the all-program Express Entry Draws of last month.

The first few months of this year have seen the greatest number of ITAs being sent. In March only there were over 21,000 invites sent through the Express Entry draw.
This is the second highest number of invites in a month since the CEC only draws in February 2021 which invited 27,332 CEC candidates in a month.
In March of 2023, IRCC invited 21,667 candidates through the Express Entry system, with 21000 ITAs sent through all program draws and the 667 invites sent through the March 1 draw that only targeted candidates with PNP nominees.
This March was a very unusual month in the history of the Express Entry Draws, with four draws in one month with one draw each week. This is unusual since the Express Entry draws normally take place once every two weeks.
