The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Master Graduate Stream is a stream of the OINP that enables international students who have recently graduated with a master's degree from an eligible Canadian university to apply for permanent residency in Ontario, Canada.

The stream is designed to help retain highly educated and skilled graduates in Ontario and support the province's economy.

OINP sent 692 invitations to EOI profiles created between November 22, 2022 - January 25, 2023 with a score of 44 or higher under the latest draw.

The last OINP conducted on January 24, 2023, invited 620 applicants under the Employer Job offer: International Student Stream.

A total of 3,890 EOI profiles were invited by the Master's Graduate Stream of OINP in 2022, with minimum cut-off scores ranging from 33 to 46.

What are the eligibility criteria for OPNP employer job offer in Master Graduate Stream?

1. Education: You must have a master's degree from a recognized Canadian university, completed within the last two years.

2. Job Offer: You must have a full-time, permanent job offer from an Ontario employer in your field of study. The job offer must meet certain criteria, including minimum wage requirements and a clear connection to your field of study.

3. Language Proficiency: You must demonstrate proficiency in English or French, with a minimum score of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7 in IELTS, CELPIP, TEF, TCF.

4. Intent to reside in Ontario: You must demonstrate a genuine intention to live and work in Ontario permanently.

5. Other factors: You must not have a pending application for permanent residency or refugee status in Canada, and you must not be inadmissible to Canada for security, criminal, or medical reasons.
