What are the eligibility criteria for OPNP employer job offer in Foreign Worker Stream
1. Job Offer: The candidate must have a full-time and permanent job offer from an Ontario employer. 2. Work Experience: The candidate must have at least one year of work experience in their intended occupation within the past five years.
3. Language Ability: The candidate must demonstrate language proficiency in English or French at a minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7.
4. Education: The candidate must have a minimum of a Canadian high school diploma or equivalent foreign education.
5. Settlement Funds: The candidate must have enough funds to support themselves and their dependents upon arrival in Ontario.
